Custom Carbon Fiber Driveshafts Built for Performance
-
Reduced Weight, Faster Performance
Carbon fiber driveshafts are dramatically lighter than steel or aluminum, reducing rotational mass and freeing up horsepower. The result is quicker acceleration, sharper throttle response, and improved overall performance. -
Unmatched Strength-to-Weight Ratio
Engineered for high-performance applications, carbon fiber delivers exceptional strength without the added weight—making it ideal for handling high torque and demanding conditions. -
Superior Vibration Damping
Unlike metal, carbon fiber absorbs vibration naturally. This means smoother operation, reduced drivetrain stress, and a more refined driving experience, especially at higher speeds. -
Higher Critical Speed Capability
Carbon fiber driveshafts can operate safely at higher RPMs with less risk of harmonic vibration, making them perfect for racing and high-speed builds. -
Enhanced Safety Under Failure
In the rare event of failure, carbon fiber is designed to fray and dissipate energy rather than break violently. Helping to protect both the vehicle and driver. -
Corrosion-Resistant Durability
No rust, no corrosion. Carbon fiber stands up to harsh environments and delivers long-term reliability without the degradation common in steel components. -
Optimized One-Piece Design Options
Thanks to its strength and low weight, carbon fiber allows for longer one-piece driveshafts eliminating the need for multi-piece setups, reducing complexity, and improving efficiency.
The most common carbon fiber driveshafts we build today include:
- A traditional one-piece driveshaft with a chromoly slip yoke on the front and either a flange or a U-joint on the rear.
- A one-piece carbon fiber driveshaft with an integrated slip and spline, featuring U-joints on both ends. This style can also be configured with flanges on either end.
